The parts list here is the digikey parts list . It contains everything needed, except:

2.  MC1496D integrated circuits – these were ordered from Farnell UK
3.  LTC2440CGN integrated circuits -these were ordered from Farnell UK
4. Reflection bridge enclosure  (Hammond 1590A) – this was ordered from Farnell UK
